Introduction of Zhangcun Serpentine Exploitation

1.General Situation:
Zhangcun xiwan serpentine reserves in Dexing City is 580,000,000 Tons, No.2 in China, it contains 38% MgO, 39.2% SiO2, 0.2% Nickle, belongs to high quality serpentine. At present, it mainly is used to manufacture Ca-Mg Phosphate fertilizer. Through the cooperation with some research institute and university, we successfully pilot-produce Magnephylline Sulphate and Silica hydrated. We calculate according to the middle price of the two products, raw ore per ton is 4200 Yuan, and can also extract rare metal high-price Nickle. Serpentine comprehensive exploitation has good economic benefits(serpentine application in steelmiking, can directly ask for feasibility report).
2.Construction Condition:
We calculate according to processing 20 tons serpentine raw ore per day, we can manufacture 11580 Tons Magnephylline sulphate(industrial and civilian materials) and 1892 Tons silica hydrated per year, annual output value will be 24,800,000 Yuan, profit and profit tax 6,060,000 Yuan. This products has good prospect in international market. The factory(Dexing No.1 Chemical Plant) locates in Xiangtun Industrial District, has water –land transport facilities, conditions of water and electricity and road is good, can make full use of original factory building. Scientific research technology is better.
