ⅰMineral Reserves: Gannan Geology Investigating Group, subordinate to Bureau of Geology Minerals in Jiangxi Province, has launched general geology investigation in Quanhu Mining Area during April 1988 to March 1989 and has submitted Reports of the General Investigation. This mineral deposit is of weathering remaining style, and the body of it is bedding and lenticular which the plane shape of it is regular and complete. With about 0.13 square kilometers distribution area, the ore body has thickness from 2 to 33.1 meters ,and its equal thickness is 9.69 meters.
The ore quantities (C+D):2095.7 thousand tons. Composition of Minerals: kaolinite, tubular Halloysite, muscovite. Chemical Composition: SiO2: 48.16%, Al2O3: 35.34%. Physical Performance: Loss 12.28%, Panning>19%, natural white degree 62.4-78.9%,equal degree 74.5%.
ⅱ Construction Environment: Located in 25 kilometers northeast of Ganxuan County, this mining area is 15 kilometers to 323 Country Road with convenient transportation and sufficient water and electricity supply. The mining area is suitable for strip mining owning to simple strata and structure.
ⅲ Scale of Exploitation: An annual capacity of 10 thousand tons of kaolin.
