analyser adopting the theory of Mie laser scattering
is suitable for testing about 0.1 to 300mm-powder
granulator distribution. It is used in factory
labs, institutes and researching labs quality
controlling, products checking, science researching

adopted by JL9200 is unique in the world.
*Advanced principle
This instrument is made based on the accurate
MIE scatter theory. It detects the sample scatter
spectrum by a sensor with 32 grades and calculates
the particle size distribution by the computer
installed in it. It not only takes advantage of
speediness of optical testing but also takes advantage
of high precision of digital control. This is
the most advanced of size analysing for the present
age.
*High resolution
The capacity from 0.1 to 300 microns is divided
into three
*overlapping ranges
0.1 to 40um, 0.6 to 120um and 1 to 300um. It
needn't exchange parts if detection ranges are
changed. Each overlapping has 32 channels. It
is divided into 12levels below 12um. Veracity
and repeat of 50D both accord with the standard
of GBW- (E) 120000 size standard substances. Especially,
non-leash feedback software is applied. It can
give the exact results for particle random size
distribution.
*Advanced Sample-dispersed System
This instrument is equipped with many types
sample-made systems. It is suitable for many kinds
of demands. Dram big particle save often exactly
founded with high frequency sample-made and high-speed
circle technology. Particle consistency is shown
instantly during testing. It is fewer of adjusting
sample consistency so that the results are reliable.
*Easy operating
Need not to input any parameter and remember
any injunction.You'll accomplish the measure easily
by 6 operation keys. The whole process only takes
3 minutes including mading sample and printing
results.
*Plenty of data
The data shown on the screen: date, 32 size
classes, particle weight percentage, D10, D50,
D90, the average diameter Dav, particle size distribution
curve. All data would be shown on the screen or
printed by micron printer.
*High potential of Tele-communication
JL9200 offers function to communicate with
all kinds of computers with standard serial interface.
With this function, you can monitor the particle
size on line too. The distance of communication
can be longer than 1 km.
