Founded in 2000, Nanjing Huayuan Non-metal Powdery Materials
Co., Ltd., an up-and-coming youngster in the industry of
silicon micro-powder, is situated in Luhu District of Nanjing.
Huayuan, a Hi-tech enterprise, is specialized in R&
D and production of high-purity super fine silicon powder,
and pulverization, rating, purification, modification blending
of micron and sub-micron nonmetal materials.
Huayuan's quality products have complete specifications
and stable performance. All technical parameters are consistent
with national standards (SJ/T10675-1995) of P.R.C. Huayuan's
high-purity super fine silicon powder has been widely used
as the functional filler in the industries of electrical,
electronic, special ceramics, fireproof material, adhesive,
paint and coating, etc.
Huayuan has 100 employees including 30 engineers and is
well equipped with dry process line that consists of vibration
mills and classifiers and wet process line that consists
of ball mills and filters. The first-period investment of
Huayuan is RMB 10 million. Currently, Huayuan can produce
5,000t super fine silicon micro-powder (800 mesh) and 10,000t
silicon micro-powder (300 to 600 mesh).
Huayuan attaches great importance to strict quality control
and invests a lot in check apparatuses, such as laser granularity
meter, microscopic image analyzer, density meter, whiteness
meter, viscosity apparatus, atomic absorption spectrophotometer
and etc. to effectively carry out process test, analysis
and control.
Huayuan is devoted in the deep development of silicon powder
by means of chemosynthesis technology and purification technology,
the research and development of globe shape silicon micro-powder
applied in the industry of IT, the study of super fine processing
technology and modification technology of silicon micro-powder,
the application of silicon micro-powder in the industries
of chemical and electronic, and the research of key technology
to reduce the impurities (Fe, K, Li) and to increase the
purity of SiO2 in silicon.
